Who needs a business continuity plan?

What is the BCP service?

The BCP service is a consultancy exercise that will prepare organisations to continue to operate while recovering from a significant business disruption. The service delivers a set of processes and system recommendations, an implementation plan of how these will be put into place and the Crisis Management document that provides step-by-step instructions for what to do in a crisis. Where IT systems are needed, such as disaster recovery systems or off-site back-ups, these can be specified and implemented by The Bunker.
